OUR MISSION
- The mission is to create a structure that utilizes the voting power of the Black electorate and the up-coming Presidential election to persuade President Biden to create an HR 40-like Reparations Commission via Executive Order (and indirectly demand Mike Johnson to call HR-40 to the floor for a vote in Congress before the election).
- We will develop numerous creative ways to amplify our message to the President and the Democratic Party and to get buy-in from the Black voters.

The only action the Republican Party can take to secure enough Black voters for a victory is to call the HR40 bill to the floor for a vote in the House and refrain from using the filibuster in the Senate now!
